You don’t need to travel to Chicago to savor one of their most famous dishes. We’ve decked out these brats with all the classic fixings.
- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 2 dill pickle spears
- 1 plum tomato
- 4 hot dog buns
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 sport peppers
- Set grill to high heat. Grill sausages for 12–15 min. rotating often, until charred and no pink remains in the middle (or internal temperature reaches 160°F). Cut the dill pickle spears in half lengthwise, and slice plum tomato.
- Arrange sausages in buns and garnish with fixings.
