This snack brings all the crunch for an afternoon pick-me-up. Sunflower seeds keep these nut-free, but you can top them with anything you like.
- 6 tbsp ⅓ less fat garden vegetable cream cheese, divided
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 1 tbsp roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
- Spread 3 tbsp cream cheese onto each celery stalk. Cut into 2-inch lengths. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
