These are a must for game night.
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili paste (like Sambal Olek)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- Set oven to high broil or a grill to medium-high heat. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, chili paste, and vinegar in a large bowl until well blended. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the marinade. Let sit out at room temperature for 10–15 min.
- Lay chicken tenders onto a broiling tray or a baking tray with rack. Broil on high, for 5–6 min. per side, basting with leftover marinade. Flip and repeat.
Serve as an appetizer or with vegetables and rice for a complete dish!
